International Shipping

Due to several recent instances of trouble delivering to international addresses we will no longer offer shipping outside the US and Canada. We regret having to make this change, but find it necessary at this time.

In the past, many of our international customers have had great success using various package forwarding services here in the US. Our customer makes arrangements with the forwarding service and then provides Sullivan Banjo with a US address for shipping orders. The forwarding service then makes arrangements for delivering to countries worldwide.

The only exception to this will be for orders less than $100 where the customer is fully aware and acknowledges that Sullivan Banjo will have no responsibility for the package once it leaves our hands. If you need to place a small order such as this, please send us an eMail with the items that you'd like to purchase. We'll get back to you with a total including the shipping amount.
